Pure CrossFit

Offered 6 days a week, you’ll workout with fellow athletes under the watchful eye of a CrossFit Apogee Coach.

Workouts are scaled based on an athlete’s experience and abilities.

This class is the heart of the CrossFit community and incorporates elements of Strength, Power, Speed, Stamina, Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Flexibility Coordination and Cardio/Respiratory Endurance.

The beauty of our sport is that we are all in it together, motivating one another. It’s a sport where the person last to finish the workout receives more high fives than the person first to finish.

Varsity & Junior Varsity

Varsity (Ages 13-17) and Junior Varsity (6-12) are classes designed to teach children aged 6-17.

Varsity and JV is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

Nutrition Counseling

Good nutrition is the baseline for any good exercise program and changes in your health and fitness.

Because of that, we are excited to now be offering our new Nutritional Counseling Program.

In our new program, we offer the option to meet with the consultant and plan out your nutrition journey.

Personal Training

A good personal trainer helps you build a habit you’ll keep for life.

After all, becoming a different person means doing things with which you may not be comfortable at first.

A good personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan.

Your path to self-betterment starts with a Bright Spots session: what are you already doing right? How can we use those Bright Spots to leverage improvement…how can we help you get used to success? What does success feel like to you?

Boot Camp

Want a fitness alternative to get/keep your body in shape?

Try out our BootCamp!

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:45-4:30pm.

45 minutes of cardio blasting good times with your friends (old and new!).

Running Improvement Program

Ready to Run? CrossFit Apogee is proud to offer the below options for anyone from a new runner to those prepared to tackle a marathon.

Group programs and personalized running plans by CrossFit Endurance Certified Coach Jason Hettinger will have you running faster, more efficiently; and more; injury-free then  ever!

*We are proud to offer a 10% discount to Active military, teachers and first responders (fire, police, EMT)

Open Gym

Want to work on some mobility, gymnastic skills or Olympic Lifting?

This 90-minute period, held twice a day, is designed for more seasoned CrossFitters who want to hone their skills or catch up on workouts.

Sessions are minimally supervised and participants must be cleared by Head Coach to attend.

Olympic Lifting

Got Oly?

Olympic Weightlifting is known worldwide to improve strength, power, speed, coordination and balance in athletes and is widely used by professional and collegiate sport teams and athletes to improve their overall athletic capacity.

Come learn the basics of Olympic Weightlifting or just improve your currently ability during our 4-week dedicated Olympic Weightlifting course. Course will cover technique, safety and efficiency of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk lifts as well as accessory training. This course is designed to dramatically improve your Olympic lifts or just get you on the road.
