3 steps to get started!
1. Take a FREE Introductory Class!
An introductory session is designed to help you understand what we do, and why we do it, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to a CrossFit workout. You will gain instruction in some of the basic movements, and experience examples of how we scale workouts for each individual.
Every Saturday at 8am, CrossFit Apogee hosts a free introductory workout for anyone who’d like to give CrossFit a try! This workout is scaled to any level so please don’t be shy! Come on in, get a great workout and meet a great group of people.. 🙂

2. Attend an OnRamp Class!
If you decide that CrossFit is something you’d like to try, sign up for our On-Ramp classes. We offer both group classes and personal 1-on-1 OnRamp training.
Taught by one of our certified Coaches, these classes are for first-timers and those with minimal CrossFit experience and meet Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 630pm over a period of two weeks.
On-Ramp classes are kept to small groups to ensure quality attention. As you work through the 6 one-hour sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements (e.g., Kettlebells, Calisthenics, Medicine balls, Barbells, and Plyometrics) and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. On-Ramp is the perfect place to both learn CrossFit and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes.
The cost is $125 and your spot in On-Ramp is reserved upon payment. If you sign-up, you cannot miss more than one class total or you’ll have to start over. Please contact us if you cannot make a session. We understand life gets in the way sometimes.. 🙂 On-Ramp fee is non-refundable.

Personal “Jump The Line” 1-on-1 OnRamp
Busy schedule won’t allow you to attend Group OnRamp? This 1-on-1 personal training is designed to give you the maximum attention and will be tailored to your schedule, capacity and abilities.
The Program will be taught over 3 separate 1 hour sessions, by a certified CrossFit Apogee Coach. Sessions are available throughout the week. Cost is $175 for one person and $300 total for a couple or two friends.

3. Sign up to become a member of Team Apogee!
Once you’ve completed one of our OnRamp Courses, you can choose from one of several membership options with CrossFit Apogee. We can’t wait for you to join us!
