What brought you to CrossFit Apogee?
My job brought me from palm beach county to the Tampa area. I was looking for a box to continue my journey for a better me and when I was out looking for a place to live I saw Apogee and immediately stopped in. Haven’t looked back since.
What was your first impression?
First impression was how friendly and supportive everyone was. Crossfit can be a competitive endeavor, but everyone is there to support and cheer you on, which is one of things I’ve enjoyed so much since starting over year and half ago.
What was your first Bright Spot (or something you were happy you finally did)?
Getting a bar muscle up and doing all the WODs RX during this years open was so exciting.
What changes have you noticed in yourself since you joined the Apogee Family?
I know it may be hard to imagine, but I’m a fairly shy person, since starting crossfit and more importantly being at apogee, I’ve met some terrific friends which has allowed me to open up and come out of my shell a bit more.
What is your favorite Apogee memory?
Best apogee memory I have so far is being able to compete and give it our all with a group of great people; costel, Erika, katrin, and michael Finley to name a few. I have so many more goals and look forward to what apogee and the great coaches can teach me in the future.
